An executor in Queensland managing a Victorian estate property with no ability to attend site.
We acted as the on-the-ground representative for the full program: clearance and removals, rectification works, garden restoration, compliance items, then presentation and campaign preparation.
The executor received written and photographic progress reports twice weekly and made three site decisions across four months. Everything else was handled without them.
