Fusion Hybrid
Our process

From first callto handover.

What happens at each step, how long it takes, and when you see the costs.

How we work

The same four steps, every job.

The same process runs on a two-week presentation refresh and a six-month renovation, so you always know what is happening, what it costs and what comes next.

  1. Walk-through & assessment

    Timing: Day 1

We meet you at the property, discuss what you want to achieve and assess it against the market it is going into. You get a clear view on what is worth doing and what is not.

  2. Scope & costing

    Timing: Within 5 days

You receive a written scope of works, ranked by return, with costs and a program against your deadline. Nothing starts until you have approved it.

  3. Delivery & coordination

    Timing: Program dependent

We sequence and supervise every trade, hold the schedule, manage access and report progress with photographs. Variations are raised before they are incurred.

  4. Presentation & handover

    Timing: Campaign week

Detailing, styling and grounds are finished ahead of photography. We hand the property over market-ready and stay across it through the campaign.

Why Fusion Hybrid

What to expect.

Preparing a property for market takes time, coordination and judgement about what is worth doing. These are the parts we handle.

  • Advice before works

Scopes are ranked by return and include the works we would leave alone, so you know where the budget is best spent.

  • Licensed & insured

Our team and every trade in our network carry current licensing and public liability cover. Documentation available on request.

  • One team, every trade

Builders, painters, gardeners, cleaners, stylists and stagers coordinated under one program and one point of contact.

  • Deadline-driven

Programs are built backwards from your campaign launch or settlement date.

  • Written costing

Written scope and price before works start, with variations flagged before they are incurred.

  • Owners at a distance

For owners interstate or overseas, executors and agents, we act as the on-the-ground representative and report back with photography.

  • Registered building practitioner
  • Fully insured for public liability
  • Victorian licensed trade network
  • Australian owned & operated

Yes. We regularly work alongside appointed agents, and many of our jobs come as agent referrals. We are equally happy to deal with you directly.

That's common. We act as your on-the-ground representative, attend site on your behalf and send written and photographic progress reports on an agreed schedule. Day-to-day calls are made by us and larger decisions are referred to you.
